Meet Dr. Britney Alford
Over the past decade, Dr. Britney Alford has worked within an array of clinical settings, and obtained an immense amount of experience working with diverse populations and presenting problems. Dr. Alford specializes in addiction and alcoholism, mood disorders, stress management, minority-related stress, and relationship conflict between partners/spouses, family, and friends.
Through the use of culturally sensitive and integrative approaches, Dr. Alford encourages clients to face their fears, embrace their discomfort, and live their BEST lives. Dr. Alford thoroughly enjoys facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy, and her passion for her craft is evident during session. Dr. Alford truly believes that without discomfort, there is no growth.
Dr. Alford is a clinical psychologist and founder of Best Psych Services, PLLC. Dr. Alford is licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of Nevada, and currently practices telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT.
Clinical Services

Clients are 100% responsible for the cost of services rendered, and payment is due at the beginning of each session. Best Psych Services, PLLC offers a limited amount of sessions at our sliding scale rates.
Teletherapy sessions are available to clients residing in the following PSYPACT participating states:
Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Delaware, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Texas.
